Shipping costs vary per item due to differences in manufacturer location (USA/Canada). Production and shipping times will also vary based on volume and time of year. You will be notified by email or phone if your order takes more than 14 days to produce and enter shipment.

Standard times are as follows:
Processing 1-3 days
Production 4-20 days
Shipment 3-9 days
